Performing under the pseudonyms Killa P and Patti Cake$. Dombrowski is, according to the PATTI CAKE$ press kit, “fighting through a world of strip malls and strip clubs on an unlikely quest for glory.”

Patti Cake$ represents the latest successful film collaboration between Benenson and Daniela Taplin Lundberg’s Stay Gold Features, a creative partnership that also includes the critically-aclaimed BEASTS OF NO NATION and the forthcoming HARRIET. HARRIET, the story of the famed abolitionist, is scheduled to begin shooting in March of this year.
